How we got here
MCH Software Solutions started with a practical frustration: healthcare facilities managing staffing, scheduling, and communication through disconnected systems that created more problems than they solved.
We built six interconnected products, Staffing, Communicator, Anaesthetics, Theatres, Rostering, and Preferences, designed to work together and give healthcare facilities genuine control over their operations.
Today our software is delivering measurable results. MCH Staffing enabled Nuffield Health to reduce their agency spending by 30%, our Communicator product supports 30 concurrent calls on every line, and the Anaesthetics application has filled nearly 25,000 theatre lists.

Craig Smith
Managing Director
A highly effective, commercial executive, Craig has worked at board level in the healthcare technology sector for several decades. He adopts an open, pragmatic and driven approach to bring business propositions to fruition and uses his business experience and knowledge of healthcare technology to assist customers in the digital enablement challenges they face.
Harry Akerman
Medical Director
Harry is a consultant anaesthetist at the University Hospital Southampton and a visiting Professor at the School of Electronics and Computer Science at the University of Southampton. Harry was the lead anaesthetist in a group of 65 private anaesthetists for 6 years taking them through the formation of their LLP. Harry regularly sees first-hand the inefficiencies and difficulties in healthcare staffing.
Mike Crompton
Operations Director
Mike heads up the marketing and technical division of MCH Software Solutions, directing and overseeing the implementation of all design and technical projects. With over 20 years’ experience in delivering technical systems, Mike is an expert at taking strategic goals and delivering them through the best in class digital channels.
